The http://scooterclub-bg.com/forum/ if working fine! I don't know why you can't enter... It should be OK
About us ... the scooter-forum is getting bigger and bigger. I'm one of the "helpers". Everyone who has a problem with his machine can find the wright answer of the problem. This Saturday we have a big scooter-meating. Whe have official sponsors, organisators ... etc.
The best thing is the support from Sofia MUNICIPALITY . The police will close one big boulevard and we will make the meating there. There will be a ?????, ???????/stunts ... one wheel driving ... everithing you can imagine A lot of prizes , a lot of public . This is how we do it.

Well mate lucky you. Here Police can only "close" one of us, evacuate scooter and give a fine No chance somebody from officials will support us :fuck:
So far looks like we'll get a driving licence starting from the new year so the overal life is getting bloody worse. How about driving licences in Bulgaria ? Are you still driving 50cc without any docs or require anything ?

??? ?? ???????? ! Here you must have a "beginner driver licence" with category "M" - ??????? / ?????? ! Otherwise the policemen can take your scooter and take you a lot of money It's dangerous to drive scooter whithout a licence ! Take care, bro Have a nice time with your scooters and be carefull

Bloody wankers (i meana police). The most fun of scooter was to be independant from MOT tests, insurance, and other stuff extracting your money. Now this story going to end here - we'll be exactly as other countries - with no rights except rights to pay for something. At least we still can drive through traffic.
Are there any chances of your scooter club to go to Poland sometimes. I know there are big maxiscooter fests there. We then can meet sometimes would be cool !
Anyway hopefully next year our plans are to travel to the Black sea (Crimea). In this case there would be only one single big lake between us Take care mate
